Handmade = Individually Remarkable

Handmade pieces are each unique and can include slight imperfections, colour and size variances.

The beauty of handmade jewellery is that no two pieces look exactly the same.

For this reason, it will not be possible to create exact matches to replace part of a  a Thea Smartt Henry jewellery set that is lost or damaged.

The creation I love is sold out! Will you make another?

Let me know which piece you would like, and I will make something in the same style.

Before your creation is finished, you will receive a progress picture and, on completion you will have one week [7 calendar days], to decide whether you would like to make a purchase. If not, I will list the piece here as usual.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund, right up to dispatch.

Use the ‘create an account’ feature when placing your order for easy access to  dispatch updates and the contact form if you would like to request a cancellation.

How do I check my order status?

Use the ‘My Account’ feature from the main site menu to check your order status including a tracking number if dispatched.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

With many designs made to order, I generally need 5 to 10 working days to prepare an order for shipping.

I will dispatch any pieces I already have in stock within 3 working days.

I'm ordering a time-sensitive gift at short notice, can you help?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd Class tracked delivery.

If you are ordering a time-sensitive gift , use the contact form to let me know. I am happy to send pictures of the pieces I have available for immediate dispatch to your chosen recipient with gift wrap and a hand written note card.

What countries do you ship to?

I ship worldwide with two flat shipping costs [UK and International]. Please choose International shipping if you are outside of the UK.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, or delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns for earrings.

Use the contact form in the case of any damage or fault on receiving your order and we will agree a solution.

If a return is agreed. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (I recommend a tracked postage method), and for any loss if the item is lost in transit with no tracking information.
